style=\"font-size:13px\">40% Down Payment upon Early Bookings within 4 days<br>60% Final Payment upon or prior to the Embarkation Date<br>100% upon arrival for last minute bookings<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:17px\">CANCELATION<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For Daily Bookings (hotel partners):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"font-size:13px\">\n<li>Free cancellation with fully refundable deposit (if applied), due to bad weather conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellation from 24hrs to 12hrs prior embarkation, 50% of the total rate will apply as cancellation fee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellation within 12hours prior embarkation, 100% cancellation fees apply.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In case of Non-Show, 100% cancellation fees apply.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For Early Bookings:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"font-size:13px\">\n<li>If the booking is cancelled 5-15 days before embarkation, then the Charterer will be charged with a cancellation fee that comes up to 30% of the Charter price.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the booking is cancelled 5-2 days before embarkation, then the Charterer will be charged with a cancellation fee that comes up to 50% of the Charter price.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the booking is cancelled 2-0 days before embarkation, then the Charterer will be charged with a cancellation fee that comes up to 100% of the Charter price.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:17px\">Bad Weather Conditions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\">In the occasion that the booking is cancelled due to weather conditions, the following will be applied:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:13px\">The Charterer can be refunded 100%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:13px\">The charterer can reschedule the trip, depending on the availability of the boat.<br>The company has permission to change the itinerary of the excursion depending on the weather conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:13px\">In the occasion of boat malfunction prior to the embarkation, our
